JOB TITLE:NICKEL PLATING SUPERVISOR



YEARLY SALARY: TO $60,000 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

STATE: WESTERN, MA


RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE DESIRED:

  1. Experience with NICKEL ELECTROPLATING and has a working knowledge of inspection  equipment, solution control and fixture design.
  2. In conformance with productions needs--utilizes personnel assigned to assure an even distribution and flow of work in the department.
  3. Responsible for quantity and quality of work performed.
  4. Responsible for setting up and evaluating new jobs.
  5. Work closely with the laboratory and maintenance to resolve problems.
  6. Responsible for good housekeeping, cleanliness and safe working conditions in the department.
  7. Responsible for preventative maintenance on all solutions and equipment in the department.
  8. Instructs, leads and motivates the efforts of personnel assigned.
  9. Ensures company rules, regulations and policies are followed.
  10. ELECTROLESS NICKEL EXPERIENCE required.
