I entered the profession of personnel recruiting in 1984. My formal training was provided by Management Search a well-respected regional firm. Accounting was my specialty while working for them. I excelled in this career while working with accounting professionals in the Springfield/Hartford area. I was Consultant of the Year with Management Search 1984, 1985 and 1986. Professional Search, Inc. was incorporated in Jan. 1987 establishing a reputation for quality, reliability and a sense of urgency in the search and recruitment process for careers.
My degrees are in ACCOUNTING and ENGINEERING from the University of Massachusetts and Southwestern College in California. I became a CERTIFIED PERSONNEL CONSULTANT in 1986. Prior to entering this profession I owned two other COMPANIES. A great deal of self gratification comes from the matching of CAREERS to specific position requirements of companies throughout NEW ENGLAND.
After Incorporating Professional Search I expanded our recruitment disciplines to include PLATING PERSONNEL, ENGINEERING, HUMAN RESOURCES, PRODUCTION PROFESSIONALS and ACCOUNTING. We also do Temp Work under PROTEMPS, INC..
