1. Take Route 91 North to Exit 3 (Agawam/Southwick Route 5 North).

2. Proceed to the top of ramp then merge to the left to go over the South End Bridge over the Connecticut River.

3. After you go over the bridge take the first exit which will say Route 57.

4. Go to the bottom of the ramp then go around the rotary to Route 57 then proceed approximately one mile.

5. Get off on the exit that says Main Street/Agawam and proceed to the bottom of the ramp.

6. At the bottom of the ramp proceed about 800 yards and on the left hand side you will see a sign that says 430 Plaza (that is 430 Main Street) take a left into the parking lot and you may park anywhere.  The Professional building in the back next to the liquor store is where we are located in Suite 103.
